Beautique Beauty and Aesthetics operates a strict no-refund and no-transfer policy once a booking has been made. This policy applies to all courses, workshops and training sessions, including CPD, NVQ and funded programmes.

When refunds are issued

Refunds will only be issued if Beautique cancels or reschedules a course without offering an alternative date within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-attendance, late arrival and withdrawal

If a student fails to attend, arrives late, or withdraws before completion, no refund or credit will be issued.

Substitutions

Substituting another participant is not permitted without written approval from Beautique.
