From the second you walk in, it genuinely feels like you’re catching up with a friend rather than going for a treatment. She’s hilarious, so down-to-earth, and instantly puts you at ease. I have anxiety, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more comfortable during treatments. Whether it’s microneedling, facials, or the most unreal Japanese head spa, everything is done with so much care, professionalism, and attention to detail. You feel listened to, reassured, and completely looked after. The space itself is immaculate, calming, and such a lovely atmosphere — high-quality treatments at really reasonable prices, which is rare these days. It genuinely feels like I’ve been going for years, not just months. Such a lovely, welcoming woman who clearly cares about what she does and the people she treats. Could not recommend her enough 🖤

Went for the Japanese head spa and it was absolutely out this world. It was so relaxing and the scalp and face massage was amazing. I would definitely recommend Yasmin and the spa as the all the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Ive done 2 advanced training courses with Yasmin up to now and both have been amazing! Her knowledge on the treatments has been spot on and I feel like I've learnt so much! Not only that but she is natural funny and I've laughed from start to finish each day. I'm excited to do more training with her.

I came in today to have a birthday treat and what an experience it was! The Japanese head spa was absolutely amazing, the techniques, music and all around experience was just outstanding! Then a deal on a facial to finish it off, I had lots of questions about future treatments and Yasmin was so helpful and while explaining what she offers there was no pressure! Will be returning, thank you again x
